CSV exports API
Credit teams download their organization's applications and references as CSV.

Rows are streamed in batches and scoped in the query to the caller's organization. Cells are quoted for commas, quotes and line breaks; they are not neutralized against spreadsheet formulas.

Exports contain personal data and are not recorded in the audit log today.
