Supplier finder API
Search for businesses, enrich a website, and start an application with a participating supplier.

| 400 | invalid location, radius or category; invalid enrich input; no supplier chosen |
| 403 | no finder.search permission (suppliers never have it) |
| 409 | the supplier has not published an application on VendorLogic (a listing alone never authorizes intake or invitations) |
| 422 | search could not resolve the location; the body has code and suggested locations |
| 429 | 60 searches or 30 enrichments per user per hour |
| 503 | the search provider is unavailable; the user can still invite a supplier directly |
