Forms
The supplier's library of extra forms to ask an applicant for, after the credit application. Create one by name, then build it with the assistant.
/forms lists the forms your organization has made. A form is a short set of questions you can ask an applicant on any application: bank details, insurance, ownership, extra trade references. It is separate from the credit application customers fill in at /apply, which you build under Application form.
Who can use it#
Needs forms.manage (supplier owner and administrator). Anyone else is sent to Applications. The credit team does not edit forms; it asks for a published form from an application (see Application detail).
What is on the page#
- New form name and Create and open the builder: makes an empty draft and opens it in the form builder.
- The list of forms, newest edits first, each with its state: Published v3 or Draft, not published.
States#
A form is a draft until you publish it. Publishing freezes a numbered version; applicants always answer the version that was current when you asked, so editing later never changes answers already given. Archiving a form (API only for now) hides it from the list and from the ask menu; requests already sent keep working.
