Connectors page

The /connectors page where an organization reviews drafts that connectors sent and installs or removes connectors.

Stable: the three sections and the draft review rule. The marketplace flow (catalog, install and launch) is being reworked, so details of install and launch are documented elsewhere and may change.

/connectors loads the installations, the catalog of listed connectors and pending drafts from GET /v1/connect/installations, /connect/registry and /connect/drafts?status=PENDING.

Sections#

The page reads by default; every write is a deliberate step.

  1. Review inbox: drafts that connectors proposed (for example a reference's answer found in an email reply). Review opens a side sheet (full screen on a phone) with the sender, an excerpt, the parsed answers and the reference it belongs to; Accept or Reject sit in its footer.
  2. Installed: connectors this organization installed, with status, last sync and install date. Open launches the connector; Remove asks for confirmation first.
  3. Browse marketplace (button in the header) leads to the catalog, where a connector's page shows the permissions it asks for and Install confirms them in a dialog.

Rules that hold#

  • A connector only writes drafts. Nothing it sends counts until a person on the credit team accepts it; accepting runs the normal transaction (for a reference reply, the same claim, revision and activity as a signed response) and records an audit event. A reply accepted from email is marked as unsigned, weaker evidence.
  • Accepting or rejecting a draft needs connectors.drafts.review; installing needs connectors.install and uninstalling connectors.uninstall (organization administrators by default). Uninstalling stops the connector at once: its next call is refused.
  • A connector never decides credit and never reads other organizations' data.
