References list
The supplier's view of every trade reference requested across its applications, pending, answered or closed.
/references lists the trade references of the organization's applications, with the answers when a reference responded. It loads GET /v1/supplier/references.
Who can use it#
- Vendor-side users with
references.viewin an organization. Without it the API answers 404 and the page redirects to/applications. - A customer (
APPLICANT) is redirected to/contractor/references, their own list. - Reminders and new reference requests need
references.remind(credit managers and organization administrators by default).
What you see#
The page has two views, switched by the tabs under the title. The address records the view (/references?view=saved), so a link or a reload lands on the same one. Each view does one thing.
Received (default) only reads.
- Filters: all, pending, responded, closed (declined or no response). The "waiting longest" sort pins the pending filter.
- Search over the reference and application text (first 80 characters).
- The status chip is the shared reference vocabulary, here and on the application detail: Not sent, Awaiting response (sent), Opened (the referee has seen the request), Responded, Declined, No response. The chip carries the stored status as
data-statusfor tests. The credit desk calls a pending reference late after 3 days without a send or reminder; the Late references figure there links here with the pending filter. - A row opens a dialog with the contact details, the related application, the questionnaire progress and the response when there is one: payment terms, late payments in the last 12 months, account opened date, recommendation and the signer.
- The only actions are Remind (in the row, or Send reminder / Request update in the dialog footer) and, for an answered reference, Change next to the auto re-review line, which opens its own dialog. Export CSV is in the page header.
Saved contacts is the roster you keep for reuse.
- The list reads. Add contact (page header), the edit button and the remove button each open a dialog; removing asks for confirmation.
- A contact that already answered or declined is retained and cannot be edited or removed.
