Documentation
How VendorLogic works, flow by flow and page by page, for the people who use it and the systems that connect to it.
Flows
How a task goes from start to finish.
- Customer applyingHow a customer opens a supplier's link, completes the two-step application, signs it and submits it.
- Signing a documentHow a person signs or declines a credit agreement or personal guaranty through a private emailed link, without an account.
- Supplier invitationHow a customer invites one of its suppliers to join VendorLogic, and what the supplier sees on the invitation link.
- Team and permissionsHow an organization administrator invites teammates and changes roles, permissions and access at Users and roles.
- Deleting a workspace or an accountHow owners, staff and members delete a workspace or an account, what is removed at once, what is kept for credit-law retention, and how legal holds work.
Pages
What each screen is for and who can use it.

- Sign in and sign upHow people sign in at /login, why /signup only redirects, and where each role lands afterwards.

- Application detail (customer)One credit application as the customer sees it, with its decision, references, messages and history.
- Find vendorsThe customer's marketplace of participating suppliers: search, filter, compare terms and timing, open a supplier and start its application.
- My profileThe customer's saved personal and business details that pre-fill future credit applications.
- References (customer)Track the trade references each supplier asked for and keep a list of saved references to reuse in future applications.
- Account settingsSettings is one page with tabs for your profile, email, security and data, and, for the people who can use them, the organization, signing terms, the team and workspace deletion.
